https://www.facebook.com/anamikainthekitchen/ Palak Paneer (Spinach in Cottage Cheese) Serves: 2-3 person Ingredients : Spinach (Palak)- 2 bunches/ 1 medium sized packet Cottage cheese (Paneer)- 500g Fresh Cream- 1/2 cup Onions- 1 large Tomato- 1 large Ginger and Garlic paste- 1 tbsp Salt to taste Sugar- 1/2 spoon Oil/Butter: 3 tbsp Green chillies- 3 slit into halves Dry Spices: Turmeric- 1 tsp Cumin powder- 1 tsp Coriander powder- 1 tsp Cinnamon stick- 1/2 Cardamom- 3-4 pots Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp Preparation : In a pan heat some oil/butter and add cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon sticks and sauté it for few seconds and add onions, ginger and garlic paste and tomatoes. Saute them for few minutes, then add spinach and let it soften up. Once you see the spinach has changed colour and are soft. Turn off the heat and let it cool. https://www.facebook.com/anamikainthekitchen/ Prawn Malai Curry Serves: 2-3 Ingredients: Prawn- 500g Tomato Ketchup- 3 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic Paste- 1 teaspoon Turmeric- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar- 1 tablespoon Green Chilies- 3 Salt to taste Garam Masala Powder(Optional)- 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Milk- 1 Small can/bottle Onion- 2 thinly sliced. Oil: 2-3 tablespoon. Preparation: In a bowl mix tomato ketchup, slit green chilies, sugar, salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste and  1/4 cup of water. (Mixed Spices) In the frying pan or a wok heat some oil, add sliced onions and fry until golden in colour. Add the mixed spices, and fry for 5 minutes. Add prawns and fry everything until prawns turn pink. Add coconut milk and 1 cup of water and allow it to cook for a while. https://www.facebook.com/anamikainthekitchen/ Chicken Alfredo Serves: 2-3 Ingredients: Spaghetti- Half packet or (As per your requirement) Fresh Cream- 200g Garlic- 3-4 cloves finely chopped Parsley- A handful finely chopped. Milk- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)- 1/4 cup Salt to taste Pepper to taste Chicken- 2 breast pieces cut into small cubes. Olive Oil- 2 tablespoon. Preparation: In a large vessel, boil water, add 1/2 tsp of olive oil and salt. Once the water has come to a boil, add spaghetti and let it boil. In a pan, add rest of the Olive oil and fry the chicken breast pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once the chicken are almost cooked add finely chopped garlic and sauté for a couple of minute. Add fresh cream and milk in the pan. Once it starts to simmer, add salt, pepper, parmesan cheese(Optional) and give it a stir. https://www.facebook.com/anamikainthekitchen/ Classic Hot Chocolate Ingredients: Milk- 1 1/2 cup Fresh Cream- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips- 15g Sugar- 1 teaspoon (Optional) Cinnamon- A pinch Process: In a saucepan add milk and fresh cream and bring it to a simmer. Remove it from the gas and add choice chips, sugar, cinnamon and let it sit for 1 minute. Whisk everything and place the saucepan back on the gas. Once it simmers, turn off the gas and serve yourself a delicious mug of Hot Chocolate. Happy Cooking!

https://www.facebook.com/anamikainthekitchen Irish Cupcake Ingredients: All purpose Flour- 2cups or 50g. Sugar- 1 1/2 cups Eggs- 2 Vanilla Extract- 2tbsp Salt- 1 or 2 pinch Baking Powder- 1 teaspoon. Butter- 1/2 cup or 25g. Milk- 1/2 cup. Process: Pre-heat the oven to 120 degrees centigrade. Line your cupcake moulds or tins with liners or spray with some vegetable oil.  In a electric mixer, blend sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla extract together to a creamy paste. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, milk and  bring everything to a smooth paste. Fill the cupcake moulds and place them in the oven for 15-20 minutes, Or, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Let it cool completely before the frosting. Jeera Rice!

https://www.facebook.com/anamikainthekitchen/ Jeers Rice Serves-2-3 Ingredients: Basmati Rice: 2 cups. Jeera/Cumin Seeds- 1 tablespoon. Bay leaf- 1 Cardamom- 3 pods. Cinnamon- 1/2 stick. Ghee/Clarified Butter- 2 tablespoons. Cashew nuts- 1 handful. Salt to Taste. Water- 1 1/2 cup. Preparation :  Wash the Basmati Rice and keep it aside. In the pressure cooker, heat ghee and add cardamom seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon sticks and fry them until the brown. Add rice and mix it well, stir it for 1 minute. Add cashews, add 1 1/2 cup of water and salt to taste. Wait till 2 whistles and turn the gas off! And your very delicious Jeera Rice is ready to serve. Enjoy this very Indian dish with dal fry or butter chicken :)
