Prawn Malai Curry

https://www.facebook.com/anamikainthekitchen/ Prawn Malai Curry Serves: 2-3 Ingredients: Prawn- 500g Tomato Ketchup- 3 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic Paste- 1 teaspoon Turmeric- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar- 1 tablespoon Green Chilies- 3 Salt to taste Garam Masala Powder(Optional)- 1/2 teaspoon Coconut Milk- 1 Small can/bottle Onion- 2 thinly sliced. Oil: 2-3 tablespoon. Preparation: In a bowl mix tomato ketchup, slit green chilies, sugar, salt, turmeric, ginger and garlic paste and  1/4 cup of water. (Mixed Spices) In the frying pan or a wok heat some oil, add sliced onions and fry until golden in colour. Add the mixed spices, and fry for 5 minutes. Add prawns and fry everything until prawns turn pink. Add coconut milk and 1 cup of water and allow it to cook for a while. Chicken Alfredo!

https://www.facebook.com/anamikainthekitchen/ Chicken Alfredo Serves: 2-3 Ingredients: Spaghetti- Half packet or (As per your requirement) Fresh Cream- 200g Garlic- 3-4 cloves finely chopped Parsley- A handful finely chopped. Milk- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)- 1/4 cup Salt to taste Pepper to taste Chicken- 2 breast pieces cut into small cubes. Olive Oil- 2 tablespoon. Preparation: In a large vessel, boil water, add 1/2 tsp of olive oil and salt. Once the water has come to a boil, add spaghetti and let it boil. In a pan, add rest of the Olive oil and fry the chicken breast pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once the chicken are almost cooked add finely chopped garlic and sauté for a couple of minute. Add fresh cream and milk in the pan. Once it starts to simmer, add salt, pepper, parmesan cheese(Optional) and give it a stir.
